Juliette Kulda

Juliette has been a California licensed Realtor since 2003, working in the San Francisco Bay Area and living on Half Moon Bay coast for more than 30 years. Juliette and her husband Derek got married in 1992 and have ten children. They started their real estate journey in land development - building commercial and residential properties on the Peninsula. From there, Juliette became a successful Realtor helping clients purchase land, buy, sell and invest in real estate. She now leads the #1 team in real estate sales in San Mateo County. Juliette also has experience in renting and managing personal rental properties. She’s a successful entrepreneur, team leader and broker consistently recognized as a Top Producing Agent.
