SINGLE FAMILY HOME

8% of the monthly funds collected or $250.00 per unit per month, whichever is greater.

7%

DUPLEXES / TRIPLEXES

7% of the monthly funds collected or $200.00 per unit per month, whichever is greater.

FOURPLEXES

6% of the monthly funds collected or $175.00 per unit per month, whichever is greater.

APARTMENTS

6% of the monthly funds collected or $150.00 per unit per month, whichever is greater.

TENANT PLACEMENT

Fee is equal to half of the first months rent or $2500, whichever is greater.

SET-UP FEE

A minimum set-up fee of $250 will be charged if Manager assumes lease and management for properties that already have a lease and tenant in place.

LATE FEES

Management will retain 50% of all late fees collected as compensation for continued late payment communications and monitoring.

PORTFOLIO DISCOUNT

Portfolio discounts can be given if Manager  manages 6 or more properties. Lowering fee's to 6% of the funds collected per unit or $175 per unit per month,  whichever is greater.
